Core of the activity: Specifically designed for beginners of yoga. Starting with breathing and basic poses, it aims to dispel the misconception that "a stiff body cannot practice yoga" and establish a scientific understanding of the practice.
Activity Content: In the first 30 minutes of the class, the origin of yoga and the basics of breathing control techniques (belly breathing, ujjayi breathing) will be explained; for the next 90 minutes, the core teaching will focus on 10 basic poses such as mountain pose, downward dog pose, and cat-cow pose. Each pose will have 3 different difficulty variations, and the teacher will correct the发力 points one-on-one; in the final 20 minutes, there will be relaxation exercises and Q&A sessions to address common questions such as "What should I do if I can't perform the movements properly?" and "How should the practice frequency be arranged?".
Target audience: Beginners who have never practiced yoga before, people who are concerned about their physical condition not being suitable for yoga, and those who want to build a solid foundation through systematic practice.
